Directions
For 1 kg meat/vegetables. Roast 1 coconut, grind into fine paste along with ginger & garlic. Add 2 tbsp. of Mario's Xacuti Masala, or as per taste. Saute onions. Add the ground paste, meat/vegetables, lime and cook till tender.
